Omelette recipeIngredients:2 Eggs.
2 tablespoons of Water.
1 tablespoon of Butter. Preparation Instructions:Beat together eggs and water until combines. In a 10-inch frying pan heat butter until melted. Pour in egg and water mixture. The edge of the omelette should set immediately.
With a fish-slice or pancake turner, carefully move cooked portions from the edges towards the middle so uncooked areas can reach hot surface of the pan. You may also need to tilt the pan to achieve this.
Continue in this fashion until the egg is set throughout and will not flow.
Add to the omelet with ½ cup of any filling, such as cheese or ham. With a pancake turner or fish-slice, fold the omelette in half.
